Emma L. Titler is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a BSBA degree. After 27 years in the banking industry, she has turned to health and life insurance as her career. In April 2004 she received her health and life insurance license. Emma, as administrative assistant, prepares all group renewals and handles all customer service issues for both group and individuals.
